Fluent correct english, university degree preferable. Well-developed interpersonal skillsdeep knowledge of the language structure: grammar, phonetics, lexicology, semantics, pragmaticsstrong ability to interact with students using different styles of communication followed by highly-motivated, open-minded points of characterability to be as flexible as possible both in the virtual classroom with the students and as well with the different hours (time changes, schedule changes) as requested by clients. Tefl, celta certificates are an advantage.
